We pack every order with care and ship fast so you can hit the water with confidence.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your gear ships.

Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (US only)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charge)
  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Orders $750 or over qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Need help? Email support@stix.us.com anytime and we’ll keep you updated.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, let us know within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can fix it fast.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
