2-Year Limited Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship. Every STIX Fishing rod is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing from the date of purchase. If something's wrong and it’s our fault — we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage from abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Use outside of intended purposes
• Broken guides beyond 30 days from delivery

Refund & Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery. Rods must be in good condition, free of abuse or excessive wear. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Terms

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned product
• Refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction
• Shipping, handling, taxes, and optional services are non-refundable
• STIX Fishing is not liable for exchange rate or processing fees from your bank or card provider

Exchanges

If your rod wasn’t the right fit, you can exchange it for another model. Just let us know during your return request and we’ll process your swap as soon as your original item is received.

Shipping and Damaged Orders

We take pride in fast, secure shipping — but if anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and order info so we can resolve it quickly.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and saving your receipt.

STIX FISHING’S AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR SUCH PRODUCT.
